Notice of Public Hearing
Assistant Attorney General Jonathan Peitz, on behalf of the
Attorney General
and a Representative of the Commissioner of Health
will conduct a joint Public Hearing
on the proposed Definitive Agreement pursuant to which
RWJ Barnabas Health, Inc. will become the sole member/parent corporation of Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Inc. d/b/a Englewood Hospital,
in accordance with the Community Health Care Assets Protection Act (“CHAPA”), N.J.S.A. 26:2H-7.10, et seq.

Driving Directions
From Route 4: Exit at Grand Ave./Englewood. Follow Grand Ave. North, approximately 1 mile, where it becomes Engle Street. Continue on Engle St. to 341 Engle Street, on your right-hand side. Pull into the entrance for the Englewood Field Club.
From the North: From East Clinton Ave., turn right onto Dean Drive South. In 1.4 miles turn left onto Glenwood Rd. At the traffic light, make a left onto Engle Street and proceed to 341 Engle Street, on your right hand side. Pull into the entrance for the Englewood Field Club.
From the New Jersey Turnpike: Take Exit 18 to Route 46 East to the Grand Ave. exit. Proceed North past Route 4. Follow Grand Ave. North approximately 1 mile, where it becomes Engle Street. Continue on Engle Street to 341 Engle Street, on your right-hand side. Pull into the entrance for the Englewood Field Club.
From the George Washington Bridge: Go over the George Washington Bridge to Route 4 West. Exit at Grand Ave./ Englewood. Follow Grand Ave. North approximately 1 mile, where it becomes Engle Street. Continue on Engle Street to 341 Engle Street, on your right-hand side. Pull into the entrance for the Englewood Field Club.
