Englewood Health offers a comprehensive three-year residency program in podiatric surgery and medicine, hosting two residents in each training year, for a total of six residents. It is fully accredited by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education (CPME).

Training includes rotations in foot and ankle surgery, internal medicine, general and vascular surgery, emergency medicine, radiology, pathology, pain management, behavioral health, podiatric medicine, and biomechanics. Residents work closely with attending physicians and internal medicine residents, providing 24/7 podiatry coverage for the hospital. Residents also attend a podiatry clinic at the North Hudson Community Action Corporation in the city of Englewood.
