Dawn’s Story: The Text Message That Saved Her Life
Dawn never imagined that a simple text message would save her life. When Englewood Health sent her a message letting her know she was eligible for a lung cancer screening, she scheduled her scan — and it revealed an extremely rare precancerous condition, found in only about 300 people worldwide.
Thanks to early detection and expert surgical care, Dawn is now fully recovered. Her story is proof that one message — and one screening — can save a life.
